System Integration

Solar + Storage in One Unit

The ZBox100-HS is not a battery-only system. The integrated hybrid inverter manages power flow between four sources simultaneously: the solar PV array (up to 75kW via 4 MPPT channels), the battery, the AC grid and the facility load. The EMS is pre-configured to your tariff schedule before shipment — peak shaving thresholds, off-peak charging windows and backup priority loads are all set at the factory.

Factory Acceptance Testing

Every ZBox100-HS undergoes full factory acceptance testing before shipment. Charge and discharge cycles are run at rated power. Communications are verified. EMS configuration is loaded. The unit arrives at your site already tested — not assembled from components and commissioned on site. This reduces installation time and eliminates the most common causes of commissioning failures.
